Why do McCain and Palin think states should decide abortion laws but not marriage laws?

Lol Brian, yes McCain is a conservative. While all conservatives don’t share his views i’m sure, that wasn’t my point.

« Hi, I dont feel as though things are going well in my marriage at the moment. I moved 150 miles away from my family to marry my husband and be with him. I cry often because i miss my family which is understandable. I was crying in bed the other night when my husband said ‘why do you have to get upset so late at night’ and ‘your being selfish crying so late when i need to get up for work’. He fell asleep, knowing i was still crying due to missing my family. He isnt romantic with me and doesnt do little thoughful things for me. Do you think i have a problem here?

    It is par for the course.

    First McCain is not a Conservative. I believe most Conservatives as well as John McCain believe that states should be able to decide on their own marriage laws as well as abortion laws. Nice try though..

    McCain thinks that the states should decide abortion laws but Palin thinks it should be a federal issue. Both party candidates are against *** marriage. Just to clarify.
